Good health means good life. When you are healthy you are happy. Every aspect of your life is somehow connected to your health and well-being. A healthy body has organs that function properly. The person does not feel tired easily and is active. When you are healthy you are able to accomplish much in life. In addition to normal activities, healthy people are also able to take part in other activities and tasks.
They live content lives and contribute to society. Being healthy does not imply a healthy body only. A healthy mind and soul are equally essential. A person who is at peace is able to concentrate better. He or she is productive and creative and is able to think outside the box. A healthy mind is a mind free of anxiety and stress.�
It is the need of the hour to take into consideration mental health and well-being. One must exercise regularly, and eat healthy food with lots of nutrients. To attain a healthy mind, one must learn to be adaptable and content. One must be optimistic and determined to face the challenges of life and win.�
