Subject– Healthy life, happy life.
Dear Khizar,
Hello. I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. By God’s grace I am also doing well. As you must know, I loved junk food and my diet was very poor. A few months ago I was taken to the doctor for food poisoning. It was found that because of my poor diet and high amount of oil intake, I only gained weight and no nutrients. My body is weak and low in immunity. I am more prone to diseases and my recovery time is greater.
That diagnosis was a wake up call for me. I completely left junk food and started eating healthy. Now, I do not eat deep fried food and mostly eat home-made food. Many items that are perceived as nutritious are actually disguised junk food. Fruit drinks, for instance, include vitamins and minerals but may also contain the same number of calories and sugar as soda. By reducing the amount of junk food we eat each day, we can considerably lower our daily calorie intake and achieve weight loss.
One easy approach to cut calories is to stop eating junk food like cheese and potato chips. When it comes to junk food, the usual suggestion is to consume it in moderation. Consuming your favourite delicacies in moderation can help you maintain your diet and grant you pleasure in holidays and other special occasions, additionally it will also help you steer clear of unhealthy food obsessions.
I hope I was able to inspire you to adopt a healthy diet. Write to me soon.
Much love,
Sanjana U
