Subject– My first science exhibition.
Dear Sameer,
Hello. How are you my dearest cousin? I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. By God’s grace I am also well.
Last week the school had a science exhibition that was hosted by students of standard 5, my class. I prepared a basic light bulb experiment with a jar, some wire, and a 6-volt battery. It was an individual project and I took some assistance from my mother. The project turned out very well and I received many compliments. My science teacher was fairly impressed by my presentation and gave an A+. I am so happy.
The exhibition was in reality our test and the marks are considered for the final year report. Other schools had also visited and it was open to parents as well. I wish you could have come. My mother and father had also come. Each time a visitor came, I had to explain my project and also explain how it works. There were some kids around so I had to be very careful.
The boy next to me had made a volcano and he explained how volcanoes erupt. His presentation was also impressive. Then there was another girl who presented the growth of algae and explained the process in detail. All in all it was a huge success.
Does your school also have science exhibitions? Write to me soon. Give my regards to uncle and aunty.
Yours lovingly,
Anjali U
