Subject– Application for leave for father’s illness.
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 6th of July 2022 because of my father’s illness. This illness made my father struggle a lot with his appetite as well as his strength. Currently, we have no family support with my siblings working out of state and my mom having a business meeting tomorrow. My father has been suffering from dengue fever for the past week. We have been visiting the doctor daily. With no one to stay and care for him, I would like to request a leave for tomorrow so that I can do the necessary. I will return to the office on the 7th of July 2022 and resume my work. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I have requested Sir Jaden to look after the work while I’m on my leave.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
