Subject – Application for leave for father death
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e 5th of August to the 8th of August 2022 because of the death of my father. My father has been ill for a very long period now. With age, there were more health complications which rose. He was admitted to the hospital last month and was admitted to the ICU last week. He lost consciousness the day before yesterday and was under ventilation. He took his last breath in Global royal hospital at 3 pm yesterday i.e. 3rd of August 2022. I would like to request this leave to travel back to my hometown to be there for his burial. I will be back to school by the 9th of August 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
