Subject: Leave Application for Dog Bite
Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Shanu, student of class XII-A will not be able to come to school from 15th December, 2022- 17th December, 2022 as I am suffering from dog bite. A black dog bit me on my right leg while I was coming home from school today. I have been checked by the doctor and have been prescribed medicines.
My leg still hurts and is causing irritation and pain. I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for three days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
