Subject: Leave for Chhath Puja
Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Shanu, student of class XII-A will not be able to come to school from 5th December, 2022- 7th December, 2022 due to Chhath Puja. A Mela has been organised by the community this year.
The entire family has decided to celebrate this year’s Chhath together with great zeal and enthusiasm. We are planning to host a family gathering for which preparations need to be made in advance. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for three days. I assure you that I shall be joining back on 8th December, 2022.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me enjoy with near and dear ones.
