Subject– Application for three days leave
Ma�am,
With all due respect and honor I, Exa A, Science teacher, Coral Coast High School, would like to state that I would like to take leave for three days i.e. 4th of May 2023 till the 6th of May 2023. The reason of this three-day leave is due to my mother who is living alone in my village, Grafburg Village.
My mother has been suffering from fever for the past week and I have gotten the news from my neighbours who are taking after my mother that her health has degraded. I would like to go to my village and take her for a check-up.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
