Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I would like to submit that from the past 02 days, I have been feeling this strange nausea, and vomiting urge. I have yet no idea what it could be, so I have decided to consult the best doctor in town. His clinic is around 40 km away from my house. Please take notice of my absence for 01 day so that I can get my medical checkup. Meanwhile, I shall join the classes after returning. I am a firm believer of the saying that prevention is better than cure. I would be highly obliged if my request is considered by you.
