Subject – An application for absent in school due to mother illness.
Respected Sir,
I am writing this application to tell you that my mother has suffered a severe concussion after she slipped in the kitchen. Though her condition is stable, the doctor has advised me to be near her all the time for one week. So, I shall not be able to come to school for one week. Kindly take notice of my absence from the school. I assure you to join the school after her full recovery.
