Subject – An application for absent in school due to loose motion

Respected Sir,

  I am writing this application to tell you that I am suffering from Diarrhea due to food poisoning. I have also consulted the doctor. He has advised bed rest for three days. I also feel dizziness and nausea so the chances of exhaustion are also there. So keeping in mind the advice of the doctor, I would not be able to attend the school for three days. Please take notice of my absence. I assure you to join after full recovery.
