Subject:- One day leave due to fever
Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respecfully, I want to submit that from the past 02 days, I am down with fever, which is probably due to a bike ride that I took. I have consulted the doctor and he has advised me to take a day off and rest for a while to allow my body to recover. As you know that I have never missed my weekly assignments. This time also, I have already completed them. Please allow me to take a day off from the office and recover myself. I shall join after full recovery. I would be highly obliged if my request is considered by you.
