Subject:- Application for one day leave due to back pain.
Respected Sir,
I am writing this application to inform you that while lifting a heavy object at home, there has been a stiffness in my vertebral column since last evening. I believe this is a serious matter as even a minor injury to spine can have drastic effects on one’s life. I have consulted the doctor and he has recommended an x-ray scan to correctly find out what is wrong with my back. Please grant one day sickness leave due to back pain in my favour. I shall be highly obliged. I also have full faith in your sense of justice.
