Subject – Application for leave for wife’s delivery
Good morning sir,
With all due respect and dignity, I would like to state that my wife is currently hospitalised at Victoria Hospital, Bengaluru because she is scheduled for delivery in the first week of November, i.e. 1–3-2023 to 6-3-2023.
I’d like to spend time with my wife during this challenging period to care for her. On November 7, 2022, I shall return to the office and begin my employment. I will put in as much effort as I did on my leave to make up for a lost time.
As a result, I respectfully urge that you give me my leave, for which I will be eternally thankful. Thank you very much.
