Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I wish to inform you that on course of early morning run everyday, I have unfortunately developed Foot-Corn infection. I have also consulted the doctor and he has recommended surgery to take the infection out of my body once for all. It would take more than three days for my body to heal from such a surgery. The doctor has also recommended three more days of rest. Please allow me to take a week off and return to work with full health and enthusiasm. I have already completed the assigned tasks. To ensure maximum smoothness, I am entrusting my colleague Ravi (accounts section) of all my miscellaneous records and works. I have full faith in your sense of justice.
