Subject – Application for the request of leave for my son’s doctor appointment
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e 18th of May 2022 because of my son’s doctor’s appointment in Zion hospital which is scheduled for tomorrow. My child of 9 years has been suffering from diarrhoea since yesterday. I believe it will be best to check up with the doctor before things get worse. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to take my son to the hospital.
