Subject: Leave Application for Hand Fracture
Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sangita, student of class XI-B will not be able to come to school from 19th December, 2022- 25th December, 2022 as I have met with an accident which has resulted in a fracture in my right hand. It has already been 5 days but the situation doesn’t seem to be in control.
There is unbearable pain and swelling in my hand. I will have to stay a few days at home as advised by my doctor. I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leaves for the above mentioned time period. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
