Subject – Application for leave for father bypass surgery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 1st of July till the 7th of July 2022 because of my father’s bypass surgery. The surgery is scheduled on the 2nd of July 2022 at Kingfort hospital, Chennai. We are likely to be there for a long time since he is to be kept under the doctor’s examination after the surgery. With both my parents ageing, I would like to be there and help out as much as I can. My sibling, who lives out of state, is also on her way to Chennai though it may take her some more days to reach. I have requested Mr Calvin to do the required work for the one week that I will be missing on.I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I will be back by the 8th of July 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
