Subject: Leave Application for Early Pregnancy
Respected Madam,
Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Muskan, Technical Head, would not be able to come to office from 20th December, 2022-28th December, 2022 because I am having trouble walking due to my pregnancy. I have also started experiencing body aches in the first trimester. My gynecologist has advised me to take bed rest for a few days.
I have already had 2 miscarriages earlier because I had worked even in my last month. I cannot take any risk for me and my baby’s health. Thus, I hereby request you to grant me a leave on the dates mentioned above. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave from home. I assure you that I will join the office soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application.
