Subject: Leave Application for Ear Piercing Ceremony
Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Isha, will not be able to come to the office on the 20th December, 2022 as it is my daughter’s ear piercing ceremony. This ceremony is celebrated with great zeal in our family. Similarly, we have decided to organize a small gathering with our near and dear ones.
The event will begin by the auspicious ceremony followed by the delightful lunch. I have to see to all the preparations myself and make sure that the ceremony proceeds smoothly. Thus, I, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the above mentioned date. I will complete my target assigned for the day from home. I assure you that I shall be present on 21st December, 2022.
