Subject: Leave Application for Construction of House
Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that I won’t be able to come to work from 9th December, 2022- 11th December, 2022 due to some prior family engagement. There is construction work going on for my dream house. I need to look into some matters related to it.
My parents are old and cannot do this by themselves, hence I have to be present at home to see that things work smoothly. Thus, I, Usha, hereby request you to grant me leave on the above mentioned dates for this family commitment. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave from home. I assure you that I shall be present on 12th December, 2022.
