Respected Madam,
Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, John A, would like to apply for the post of library prefect at your warehouse, The Shipping Hub. I have the required set of degrees needed for this job. I have currently completed my bachelor’s. I can speak two languages, Hindi and English. I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the institution’s name. I am strong-willed and determined.
I am one to live by the clock and I promise to be always on time and do all my duties regularly. I am mindful that my job will require me to prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming goods by loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers and checking all route schedules and orders for accuracy when a vehicle arrives or departs the warehouse with freight.
I am also aware that this job will require me to see all returns, or oversee and train volunteers to return books and materials to stacks. I am confident in myself for possessing good time-management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the institution’s name.
