Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor We, Abby Brown and John Stephen A, English teachers of Bombay Scottish School would like to state that we would like to take the students of class 8 and 9 for a picnic to Byculla zoo house park.
We believe that this picnic will be a memorable time for the students and believe that it would really be of great help for the students for a break. We want the students to get to know each other better and develop their social skills as well. We plan on taking a bus for this picnic and a guide to help us guide through out.
We, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this leave for which we shall remain ever grateful.
