Sub: Application for leave for going to a native place
Sir,
With due respect and honor, I would like to state that I would like to take leave for 4 days i.e. 20th of October 2023 till the 24th of October because I would like to go to their native place, Grandiose Drive, Indianapolis, IN with my grandparents for their 55th wedding anniversary. They need some help and guide and have requested me to tag along with them.
His is a very special journey for my grandparents and I would love to be there for them throughout. I have requested Sir Jonas to take care of the necessary work during my absence and he happily accepted to do so. I will be back by the 25th of October 2023 with no delay and put extra effort into the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
