I have an account in your bank, Magadi Branch, as a savings account. For the past eight years of our relationship, I have been a reliable customer, and even my monthly salary is deducted in favor of this account. I want to buy a new house, and I need the equivalent of Rs. 15 lakhs. I want to borrow this money from your bank.
I therefore ask that you kindly consider and approve my loan request. I have read the loan’s terms and conditions, and I agree to all of them, including the requirement to make timely payments for each monthly installment.
I am enclosing documents to process the loan, and I will need to follow further procedures.
