Respected Sir,

I, Aryan Mishra Singh, have a savings account with your branch with the number XXXXXXX. I’m writing you today regarding the money I deposited into my savings account at your branch on December 13, 2022. Ten thousand rupees had been placed, but to my dismay, the updated bank statement or passbook did not show the cash deposit entry. I checked the balance thrice, but it didn’t reflect in the account after two weeks as well.

Thankfully, I have the receipt for the deposit on me. For your information, a copy of the same is given with this letter.

I humbly ask you to check into this situation and make plans for a prompt resolution.
