Dear Yadu,
How are you? We are doing well here. How are your studies and college life going? Here in Delhi, we are experiencing a moderate climate. My college’s cultural day was held last Friday. It was a grand event organised by the college union. There are students from different parts of the country studying at my college. All of them took this opportunity to celebrate their cultural identities. I dressed up in a traditional Karnataka Illkal saree. The traditional art form of all the Indian states was performed on the stage. There was also a food festival, for which I was also in charge. I got to try ghevar, a popular sweet dish in Jaipur. My friend from Kerala, Lekshmi, is a trained Mohiniyaatam dancer. She performed the dance on the stage. It was a colourful event where the cultural diversities of our country were celebrated with all pomp and pride.
