This is Kevin F of your class 9th A. I am writing this letter to request a two-day leave on the 17th and 18th of this month. The festival of a popular temple in my village will be held on the above-mentioned dates. This temple festival is an important part of the traditions of all the families in my village.
This is also the time for family get-togethers. Hence, I kindly request that you grant me leave on the above dates so that I can visit the temple and take part in the festival.
I will make sure to cover all the lessons that will be taught on the day of my absence and complete the notes as well. I promise you that my absence will not affect my academics or my performance in the upcoming term exams.
