This is Yadu Krishna F of your class 9th C. I am writing this letter to apologise to you for not wearing a proper uniform.
I am very sorry for my action. I know that as a student at this school, I should abide by the rules and regulations. Wearing a proper and complete uniform is an important school rule. I am sorry that I fail to adhere to that rule. I forgot to wear my ID card and didn’t wear the shoes and socks due to an injury on my toes.
I kindly request that you accept my apology. I promise you that I will never repeat this mistake. Kindly forgive me this time. I will make sure that I follow all the rules of the school and be a well-disciplined student. Once again, my deepest apologies.
