Subject: Request application for a family trip.
Respected Madam,
With due respect, I would like to inform you that, my father a private employee has been allowed 10 days’ vacation from his company and he has planned a six days trip to visit Mathura with the whole family.
Hence, I request you to grant me a leave for 10 days from July 20 to 30 so that, I can go with my family. I will try to cover the syllabus in my absence with the help of my lecturer and fellow classmates after coming back.
