Respected Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that I will be unable to attend the college from 24th October, 2022 to 27th October, 2022 as I have to go out of the station to attend a family function. It’s my cousin’s wedding so I won’t be able to miss it. I oblige to complete my remaining work and cope with the lessons taught during my absence, after coming back. 

I will be grateful to you for this utmost kindness.
