Dear sir/ ma’am, 

My name is N. Rajendra, studying in 7^th standard (Roll no: 123). I’m writing this letter to seek permission for a week’s leave. I’m suffering from thyroid fever and the doctor has strictly advised me to rest. Please grant me leave for a week, I.e., from 21th October 2022 till 27^th October 2022. I assure you that I will be up to date with the classes I’ll be missing and leave no pending work.
