Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s care

With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e 6th of February 2022 for my child’s care. My child of 4 years has been under the flu and cold and with time has gotten worse. I have scheduled an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow to get her checked.
