Subject– Invitation for my birthday.
Dear Sameer,
Hello. How are you? I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. By God’s grace I am also well.
As you are aware next Saturday happens to be my birthday and I am thrilled to invite you to my birthday getaway in Lonavala. The party is at my parents’ farmhouse and we will all go together in a minivan that I have booked especially for this. I am very excited as I will turn 20 and this will be my last birthday here with everyone as next month I will leave for London to pursue my Master’s degree.
I have extended an invitation to the entire group and if everyone accepts we will be a group of 15 people. We will stay for two days and one night. I have arranged everything. Just carry your essentials and a pair of swimsuits. The farmhouse has a private pool so there will be a lot of fun water games and I have also arranged for a barbecue.
I am aware you are a vegetarian so do not worry I will arrange a vegetarian menu for you. If you have any allergies do let me know, I will alert the chef. I assure you it will be a fun event and you will enjoy it.
