Subject: Visiting a Book Fair in our city

Dear Tanisha,

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling under the weather. Hope you feel better soon friend , things aren’t the same without you around. I am writing this letter to update you about the book fair.

A book fair was held at Gandhi Maidan from 15th october to 22nd October. When we heard of this we were eager to visit the book fair. I was stunned to see the number of books it offered. The stalls of various publishing houses were attractively decorated. They displayed children’s books, subject oriented books, science and technology books, books on cookery,health, beauty and fitness. They offered heavy discounts too. I bought a self help book – Ikigai. It is an international bestseller. There were all kinds of handmade art and craft stalls too. People from different villages arrived to have fun with their family. We enjoyed it a lot.
