Subject– The importance of physical exercise.
Dear Sameer,
I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. I have started exercising daily and made it a part of my lifestyle now. I write to you to shed light on the importance of exercising and its benefits. We take our health for granted but that should not be the case. We are young now, we have energy so we must direct it towards something productive and healthy, in essence, exercising.
Regular physical activity and exercise have many positive health effects that are difficult to deny. Everyone, regardless of age, sex, or physical ability, benefits from exercise. Exercise can assist sustain weight loss or prevent excessive weight gain. Calories burn during physical exertion. You burn more calories when you engage in more vigorous exercise.
Although, training in a professional gym is recommended it is still all right if you can’t find a significant amount of time to work out every day. Anything you do is preferable to doing nothing at all. Simply increase your daily activity to gain the benefits of exercise. You can implement exercise in simple everyday tasks like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or working harder at your housework.
Walk a short distance instead of driving there. It is very easy to maintain consistency when you make such changes in your daily routine that seem small but are actually rather significant. Numerous health issues like anxiety, high blood pressure and arthritis can be prevented or managed with regular exercise. Different brain chemicals are stimulated by physical activity, which may make you feel happier, more at ease, and less stressed.
