Subject: Preparation of Annual examination

Dear Sarah,

I hope that you are well. As you know , the annual examination is coming soon. It is important for us to do our best so that we can pass the exam easily. In order to prepare for this exam, I will share with you some knowledge and tips which will surely help you pass. Please note: when we study in class , we just listen to the teacher’s lecture but for the exam we need to study books meanwhile noting important points down in a notebook which will help us during our exam. It will act as a mind map for us.

I wish I was there to do study activities every night with you such as organizing lecture notes and drawing flowcharts. To make this year’s annual exams better , read the tips from our teachers.

You should prepare for the annual examination by doing activities that they like, such as playing badminton and doing meditation. It will help you to increase your concentration and focus while studying. Don’t forget to eat healthy foods only. Try doing stuff you love before taking the exam. Always remember a friend is someone you trust, and I will be here to support you when things are tough. Regards to your parents. Waiting for your earliest reply.

 Let’s pass with flying colors.

Regards,
Rakshi
