How are you? I hope this email finds you well. Yesterday, that is on 11th November, we celebrated Azad day in college.
This was a very new concept and event for me. Azad day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and is celebrated as the National Education Day. Maulana Abul Kalam Azad served as India�s first Education Minister. The event was held in K.M Swami Auditorium of my college. It began with lighting the lamp and a small prayer. Next, the chief guest, neurosurgeon Dr. Kamini Jha gave a speech on the importance of education and its relevance in everyday life. It was an interesting and enlightening event. The event concluded with a session of question and answers.
