Subject – Application for the request of leave for my sister’s marriage
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my sister is getting married on the 26th of February 2022. My sister is the only daughter in the family. The wedding ceremony will be held at Blue Waves Resort, New Delhi. Before this, I have to book my flight at its earliest. There will be two ceremonies for her marriage and we are requested to kindly be present in all. My parents want to make this occasion a grand success.
My sister is posted out of state due to her job and therefore, she was rarely home. Right after his marriage, she will be leaving with her soon-to-be husband. With the short time spent with her, we would like to make this event a memorable one. Concerning this, I would like to request a leave for two weeks i.e. 7th of May 2022 to the 20th of May 2022.
I will be back by the 28th of November 2022 to resume my work with no delay. I have requested Sir John to take care of all the necessary work for the upcoming project. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
