Subject: Application for Seeking Permission to go on an Educational Excursion

I, Anshika Vashist, School Head-Girl, hereby request you to arrange an educational excursion to Nehru Planetarium for class XII students as it would help them to gain knowledge along with being a fun-learning experience for them. It would also help them to take a break from their routines and rejuvenate their minds. The students have a free window from 4 November, 2022 to 9 November, 2022 and would prefer for the trip to be arranged within this time window.
