Subject: Application for Seeking Permission to Arrange for a Class Party 

Respected Sir/Madam

I, Anshika Sharma, School Head Girl, hereby request the permission to arrange a class party for class XII students. It’s our last year in school and we want to create good memories that we can cherish for a lifetime. Hence, we were planning to have a small personalised class party on 4 November, 2022 wherein all students will bring home made food and share it with each other along with sharing each other’s experience of school life.

I will be grateful if we are allowed to have this party in our respective classrooms.
