Subject– Application for permission to open an English language club
Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor I, Kelly A, head teacher of Highgate School, would like to state that I would like to ask for your permission to open an English language club in your school. I believe this will help a lot of the students as well as benefit the school to a great extent. With the lockdown, there has been the development of many introverts and other students who are facing social anxiety and a lot more problems.
I believe that introducing this club will not only make a student more affluent in speaking and writing in English but also develop their social skills as they make new English-speaking friends. I am aware that this will take a lot of effort, dedication, and sincerity and I along with the other teachers are willing to give our time and effort to take this action. We aim to start small, as we start with a small number of students.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this permission for which I shall remain ever grateful.
