Subject:- One day leave for Son’s Birthday.
Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully I want to state that my son will celebrate his 4th birthday this Saturday. All the family members are very happy and all the necessary arrangements have been done. Abram is very dear to all of us, especially to his grandparents. They have also bought gifts and planned a lot of surprises for him.
Please sanction one day casual leave in my favour so that I can be with my son on his special day. I shall be highly obliged if my request is considered by you. Moreover, I have full faith in your sense of justice. I have completed all the weekly assignments in advance so as not to drag the usual working of our company.
