Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s illness
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e.25th of July 2022 because my child of nine years is suffering from a stomach ache. My child has been suffering from a stomach ache since yesterday. The pain has gotten worse today. Concerning this, my wife and I booked an appointment with the doctor tomorrow to get my child checked. My wife has a very important business meeting scheduled for tomorrow, and therefore, I have to be the one to take my child to the check-up. We have no babysitter at the moment nor any family support. I have requested Mr Johnny to do all the necessary tasks for tomorrow. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 26th of July 2022. I can be contacted via email [email protected] for any emergency work
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
