Subject – Application for the request of leave for friend’s birthday
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 28th of April 2022 for the occasion of my friend’s birthday. My childhood friend is going to turn 21 years old tomorrow and her grandparents who live out of town are also coming to town to celebrate his birthday.
My friend has been living out of state for so many years for her studies and this is the first time in 14 years that we will be celebrating her birthday together. I would like to be there for my friend’s birthday tomorrow especially because it will be her first birthday celebration with her grandparents and her first celebration after 14 years with her family.
I will be back to resume my work by the 29th of April 2022 with no delay. I have requested Miss Ella to look after the necessary work for tomorrow. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
