Subject: Leave for Bad Weather
Respected Madam,
With regret, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Sunita Singh, Sales Head, would not be able to office from 25th November, 2022-26th November, 2022 due to bad weather. It’s been raining continuously for the last 3 days. This has resulted to water logging and severe traffic jams on roads. I have an allergy to rain. It causes rashes on my hands and legs and consequently, severe itching. The doctor also advised me to avoid going out in the rainy season. Thus, I hereby request you to grant me a leave on the dates mentioned above. I will complete my target assigned for the days when I will be on leave from my home. I assure you that I shall be present on 28th November, 2022.
