Subject: Application for the Position of a Dispatch Rider

I am writing this letter to apply for the position of a dispatch rider at your company. Your company had recently advertised in the newspaper about hiring new dispatch riders, and I believe I fit the requirements. I have worked as a dispatch rider at a notable corporation before, and I am well trained in dispatching messages and business documents between the company and the clients at great speed.
I believe these skills will be a great asset to your company. I have attached my resume which includes the details of my last job here, as well as a letter of recommendation from a Director of the corporation. I had been awarded the “Employee of the Month” tag at this company two times, and I was a great favourite with the managing directors as well. I had to unfortunately leave the job after 6 months because of the office being too far from my home.
I am a hard working individual who learns fast, and I will be a great addition to your company! I promise to work efficiently and prove my worth to everyone in the company. Thus, I would be forever grateful to you if you give me a chance to display my capabilities and hire me for this position.
I am well mannered and cheerful and can assure that I will get along well with the rest of the workers and adjust in no time. I can also easily dispatch messages and documents between relevant parties because I have a motorbike which I am quite adept at driving.
