Subject: Application for the Position of Cyber Cafe Attendant
Sir,
I am writing this letter to apply for the position of an attendant at your cyber cafe. Your cyber cafe had recently advertised in the newspaper about hiring new attendants, and I believe I fit the requirements. I have worked at a cyber cafe before, and I am well trained in working with computers as well as dealing with customers. I have a vocational degree in Computer Technology as well, and I believe this will be a great asset to your cyber cafe.
I have attached my resume which includes the details of my previous job here, as well as a letter of recommendation from the manager of the cafe. I had been awarded the “Employee of the Month” tag at this cafe two times, and I was a great favourite with the regular customers as well. I had to unfortunately leave the job after 6 months because of the cafe being too far from my home.
I am a hard working individual who learns fast, and I will be a great addition to your cyber cafe! I am currently a student at a state university, and I pay for my college tuition fees through these part-time jobs since my parents are unable to financially support me. Thus, I would be forever grateful to you if you hire me for this position.
I am well mannered and cheerful and can assure that I will get along well with the rest of the workers and adjust in no time. I can also easily commute to and from the cyber cafe because I have a motorbike which I am quite adept at driving. I really hope you consider my application and hire me for the position.
