Sir,
I am writing this letter to apply for the position of a computer teacher at your school. Your school had recently advertised on social media about hiring a new computer teacher, and I believe I fit the requirements. I have worked as a computer teacher at the reputed St. Mary’s School before, and I am well trained in the field.
I graduated in Computer Science from Calcutta University and am very skilled at teaching the subject, and this would be a great asset to your company. I have attached my resume which includes the details of my last job here, as well as a letter of recommendation from the Principal and senior computer teacher of the school.
I had been awarded the “Teacher of the Month” award at the school two times, and was greatly applauded by all my colleagues and seniors. I had to unfortunately resign from the position after a year because of the school being located in an area quite far from my home. I have read a great deal about your school and want to join it since I am extremely inspired and impressed by the education standards there.
I am a hard working individual who learns fast, and I will be a great addition to your school. I believe I have all the necessary merits to excel as a computer teacher at your company. Thus, I would be forever grateful to you if you hire me for this position. I believe that education is the greatest thing in the world since it shapes our future generations and leads them towards a brighter tomorrow, and nothing can bring me more joy than to educate them. I really hope you consider my application and hire me for the position.
