Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor I, Aiden A, head teacher of the high school department, would like to state that there have been a lot of students coming from very poor backgrounds. This has been a cause of concern for all teachers.

There are 10 students specifically coming from extremely poor backgrounds barely making it to their ends meet. With this issue I along with the rest of the teachers would like to raise a fund for the poor. I believe this will be a huge benefit for them as well as their family.

I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
